“Reflection” series

This series of works arose when I was looking for ways to resolve an internal conflict.
The bottom line was the following – I wrote one word on paper – what bothered me, and washed it out under the stream of water. It turned out to be some kind of abstract image, which I then finished painting. At first I only used black and red, then I started adding other colors that were more life-affirming.
This practice helped me find a way out of the state of anxiety and depression. The series consisted of 10 images on paper in watercolors and ink. Subsequently, from this practice, I created an art therapy session.
